Overview
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and diligent paralegal to handle cases from intake through trial prep. The candidate will have experience in and be comfortable with :
- Preparation and service of pleadings
- Discovery exchange
- Requests for and scheduling of court conferences
- Motion practice
- Trial prep
