We have partnered with a premiere personal injury law firm seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Personal Injury Intake Specialist to join their growing legal team. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a critical role in gathering essential information, assessing case viability, and creating a positive first impression of the firm.

Key Responsibilities :

Answer inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from prospective clients regarding personal injury matters

Conduct thorough intake interviews to gather facts, details, and documentation related to potential claims

Evaluate potential cases based on firm criteria and escalate qualified leads to attorneys for further review

Accurately enter and maintain client information in the case management system

Schedule appointments and follow up with potential clients to collect missing information or documents

Provide compassionate, professional, and confidential service to all prospective clients

Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure smooth case onboarding

Track and report on intake metrics, conversion rates, and lead sources

Stay current on personal injury laws, firm policies, and case criteria

Qualifications :

• Spanish bilingual (verbal and written) required . Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally in verbal and written form.

Prior experience in legal intake, personal injury law, or a client service role (preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
