    Responsibilities

  • Offer a range of insurance products, including home, auto, business, and life insurance
  • Identify prospects' needs and create tailored insurance solutions
  • Maintain a database of current and potential customers
  • Participate in a culture of healthy competition and team support
  • Create a brand for your agency and actively market yourself
  • Educate your clients on available products

    • Requirements

  • Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus but not required
  • Successful Completion of a background check
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proven leadership skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Willingness to obtain required Insurance Licenses (financial assistance provided).
  • Must be available to work Monday-Friday
