SUMMARY
To record the accounts receivable and customer payments generated from stores and corporate office via computer data entry. To provide support to stores and customers on accounts receivable related issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Entry and scanning / indexing of customer payments into accounting software
- Responsible for accounts receivable statement generation, entry of invoices, for a group of stores
- Reconciliation of EFT payments
- Clear communication with store team and customers regarding accounts receivable related items
- Other duties as assigned
