Position : Registered Nurse RN - Care Coordination

Shift : Monday - Friday; 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm + weekend and holiday rotation

Experience :

1. Three years of recent clinical experience required

2. Leadership experience preferred.

Education :

1. Associates Degree or BSN required upon hire; if Associates, BSN required within 3 years of hire

2. Master's Degree in Clinical Discipline strongly preferred.

Licensures / Certifications :

Active PA RN license required

Requirements :

This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
