Our client is expanding its Litigation Practice Group and hiring at two levels.
A renowned firm with top-tier attorneys (leading law schools, Am Law / boutique pedigrees) seeks litigators who value professional excellence and true work-life balance . You’ll work on sophisticated commercial matters for institutional, private equity, and high-net-worth clients across the U.S., with hands-on responsibility and direct partner exposure.
Open Roles1) Mid-Level Litigation Associate ( 4+ years )
Ideal for an experienced litigator with commercial litigation and / or bankruptcy experience who can run core workstreams and partner with clients on strategy.
You’ll do :
Lead motion practice (MTD / SJ), manage discovery strategy (ESI / protocols / privilege), and handle court appearances / oral argumentTake / defend depositions; prepare fact / expert witnessesCoordinate experts; support trial teams (exhibits, witness outlines, evidentiary motions)Mentor juniors and collaborate closely with partners and clients on budgets / timelinesYou bring :
4+ years’ civil / commercial litigation (bankruptcy experience a plus)Strong advocacy and writing; comfort owning key case phasesNY bar admission (federal admission a plus)2) Junior Litigation Associate ( 1–3 years )

You’ll do :
Research and draft memos, pleadings, and motions; Bluebook / cite-checkSupport discovery (RFPs / RFAs / ROGs, subpoenas, privilege logs) and e-filings ( NYSCEF / ECF )Assist with deposition / hearing prep, manage calendars and case trackers, and learn eDiscovery (Relativity or similar)You bring :
1–3 years’ litigation experience (firm / clinic / judicial internship)Excellent research / writing and attention to detailNY bar admission (or pending)Why This Move

Compensation (listed for transparency)
Junior (1–3 YOE) : $125,000–$160,000 base + discretionary bonus (commensurate with experience)Mid-Level (4+ YOE) : $180,000–$270,000 base + discretionary bonus (commensurate with experience)Comprehensive benefits package (medical / dental / vision, retirement plan, PTO)
