Job Description : As a Test Engineer you will develop, validate, document, deploy, and support both the hardware and software that comprise production test / calibration fixturing. The Test Engineer also contributes to planning, organizing, and improving Production Test activities.

Test Engineers are responsible for :

• Designing, implementing and maintaining automated hardware / software test solutions for testing and calibrating of factory-built products, engineering tests, and pre-configuration programs.
• Creating and maintaining test specifications, schematics, test procedures and other necessary documentation to support the use and maintenance of the test fixtures and software.
• Providing support for other associates including technical support and troubleshooting.
• Training production associates on test equipment and procedures enabling calibration of custom products.
• Responding to requests for test / calibration documentation.
• Reviewing new product designs for testability.
• Assists with project planning, including estimating effort and cost, prioritizing / ordering tasks, and negotiating responsibilities.
