Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Advertising Sales Representative to sell digital advertising packages, banner ads, and sponsored content opportunities across SISTAH Magazine. This role is commission-only (25% per closed ad sale) and is ideal for someone who loves building relationships with brands and delivering ROI-driven advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Outreach
• Build and maintain a pipeline of advertisers who align with our readership (beauty, wellness, lifestyle, education, social impact).
• Pitch ad space, sponsored articles, and newsletter placements.
• Sales Execution
• Present rate cards and media kits, answer advertiser questions, and guide them toward the best ad tier for their goals.
• Close deals and track sales performance.
• Account Management
• Ensure ad creatives are delivered on time and to spec.
• Collaborate with editorial team to integrate sponsored content seamlessly.
• Revenue Growth
• Hit monthly and quarterly ad sales targets.
• Build long-term advertiser relationships for renewals and upsells.
