With a growing roster of the top beverage brands & distributors, we’re scaling rapidly and seeking a General Manager to lead our go-to-market execution and expansion efforts.

Role Overview

As General Manager, you will be the operational and strategic leader driving CellarAI’s commercial growth and team performance. Reporting to the CEO, you will own day-to-day operations, lead client success, manage strategic distributor and brand relationships, execute campaigns, and oversee annual programs across markets.

Beyond execution, you will shape company culture, build and mentor a high-performing team, and establish a strong foundation for sustainable growth.

This highly cross-functional role requires collaboration with creative, product, engineering, marketing, and executive teams to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences to reps and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own relationships with key stakeholders across top suppliers and distributors
  • Lead client onboarding, expansion planning, and execution of annual education and engagement programs
  • Translate client goals into platform strategies and ensure performance KPIs are met or exceeded
  • Identify upsell, renewal, and expansion opportunities with existing partners
  • Lead the development and execution of multi-market campaigns that align with brand objectives
  • Translate brand goals into engaging, effective rep-facing media experiences on the CellarAI platform that drive rep engagement strategies, and incentive designs for maximum impact
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand content
  • Manage cross-functional coordination to ensure timely delivery of assets and seamless program rollout
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to boost engagement, learning retention, and sales results
  • Develop reporting to clients that seamlessly shows the value of CellarAI

Product & Engineering Collaboration

  • Partner with Engineering to drive product enhancements that deliver value to both clients and internal teams
  • Collaborate with product teams to surface platform feedback and inform roadmap priorities
  • Work closely with marketing on client communications, case studies, and go-to-market messaging
  • Contribute to internal process development to scale delivery across a growing client base
  • Qualifications

  • 4–10 years of experience in client success, sales, marketing, brand partnerships, or sales enablement. Beverage experience preferred
  • Experience working with (or at) top-tier CPG brands, distributors, or trade marketing teams
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and complex programs across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with tactical execution skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, startup environments and ambiguity
  • Experience with creative, product, or engineering teams a plus
  • Familiarity with the beverage alcohol industry is a strong plus, but not required
