About this role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join the Commercial HVAC team to lead the marketing and communication efforts related to specific product family(s) and services. This position will work directly with business leaders, sales channels, and subject matter experts across the organization leading overall integrated marcom strategies for growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop collaborative, cross functional relationships to successfully create integrated marketing and communications plans for our field service and aftermarket businesses.
- Outline, manage, and execute innovative advertising campaigns that generate MQLs and / or build awareness using a variety of communication mediums, including digital platforms.
- Lead the overall CRM strategy and consumer journey roadmaps, enabling A / B testing strategies around creative, messaging, and segmentation to optimize engagement.
- Research and analyze industry trends to develop future scenarios that will position Carrier Commercial HVAC with a competitive advantage and increasing segment share.
- Drive sales results by developing technical and conceptual content for sales enablement by simplifying complex systems to capture audience and communicate value.
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign results to determine the campaign performance.
- Manage third-party partnerships to support all marketing initiatives.
- Prepare budgets and submits estimates for program costs as a part of campaign plan development to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree5 + years of marketing experience in a B2B environment3 + years of CRM experiencePreferred Qualifications :
BA / BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldCRM experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar platformExcellent communicator with ability to flex style and craft content to a wide variety of audiencesThe ability to work with urgent deadlines and changing priorities with a sense of ownership while managing multiple high-priority assignmentsStrong project management skills with ability to navigate a large, highly matrixed organization to drive consensusAdvanced analytical skills and experience using data to make decisions and generate resultsAbility to travel 5% of time
