    • Job Description :

  • Provide compassionate hospice care and home health services
  • Work in patients' homes within specific areas
  • Maintain high-quality nursing standards and practices
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in a 16-hour orientation program prior to starting duties
  • Must be adaptable to changing environments and patient needs
