Job descriptionManage a comprehensive panel of patients. Provide ongoing treatment and management of chronic health conditions. Ensure high standards of care and compliance with health regulations. Utilize the Epic EMR system effectively to document patient interactions and treatments. Required Board Certifications : Family Medicine Must have a valid California medical license. Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in family practice, managing patient panels, and chronic health issues. We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in California. This role begins on Oct 6, 2025, and involves a Monday to Friday schedule, 8 AM to 5 PM. The successful candidate will manage a panel of patients, focusing on chronic care within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) environment. Experience with the Epic EMR system is essential for this position.
