We're seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support routing, scheduling, movement, and compliance activities for equipment operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced logistics environments and has hands-on experience supporting field operations—or better yet, oilfield equipment
What You'll Do :
- Coordinate routing, movement, and scheduling of equipment
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company standards
- Manage fleet tracking systems and update movement statuses
- Process permits, documentation, and invoicing
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, delays, and delivery updates
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and spreadsheets using advanced Excel skills
- Support operations with administrative and logistics-related tasks
What You'll Bring :
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (required)Experience in logistics coordination, fleet management, routing, and schedulingStrong understanding of DOT regulationsProficiency with fleet management / tracking systemsExperience with invoicing, permits, and customer communicationOilfield equipment experience highly preferredStrong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilitiesLocation : Houston, TX (Onsite)
