Job Description

As a Security Professional - Commercial Site - Front Desk - Full Time in Santa Monica, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, tenants, and staff entering the building. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests with professionalism, verifying identification, managing access control, and responding to inquiries with a customer-focused approach. By maintaining a visible presence at the front desk, you help to deter security-related incidents and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. You will also be expected to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with building management and fellow team members. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
