Position Overview: As an Account Manager at DeSantis Landscapes you will be at the forefront of client interactions, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of landscaping services, and a proven ability to foster positive client relationships.
