We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Full-Time Medical Receptionist at Red Bank Gastroenterology in Red Bank New Jersey

The Medical Receptionist Responsibilities are :

• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments both in person and over the phone
• Processing patient paperwork, scanning documents, accepting co-payments, faxing reports, etc.
• Providing assistance to physicians by scheduling patients and managing their schedules
• Greeting patients who arrive for their appointments
• Answering phones and taking messages

This position requires a positive approach, ability to multi-task, flexibility and a keen understanding of policies and procedures.

The Medical Receptionist must have the following qualifications and experience :

High School graduate or GED,
