Consultant or Senior Consultant

Earth Finance is hiring a Strategy Consultant or Senior Consultant to support our growing Transition Strategy and Execution line of business. This role is based in Seattle, WA.

What you’ll do :

Support consulting strategy development, financial modeling and execution

• Develop robust financial analysis and models integrating climate, sustainability, economic, policy, technology, and other related data.
• Evaluate market, industry and customer specific data to develop relevant assumptions and time horizons for integration into project deliverables.
• Develop business cases for sustainability-focused projects and programs, including but not limited to climate, water and waste-related initiatives.
• Serve as a project engagement’s primary ’doer’ - activate the project plan developed by the leadership team, building the foundation to deliver high quality work products on a timely basis.
• Create high quality deliverables that meet and exceed project requirements.
• Convert research and analysis into synthesized content for storytelling to client executives.
• Demonstrate executive presence in client communication, present to clients on an as needed basis.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Candidates should understand how to identify, evaluate and quantify financial impacts of sustainability-related business cases
• Candidates should be able to provide analysis and synthesis of emerging sustainability technologies and solutions and understand the business model implications of testing and commercializing different solutions.
• Seek out learnings and experiences to build and enhance domain expertise.
• Candidates with experience deploying clean energy solutions & systems and / or developing energy efficiency and decarbonization strategies are a priority for this role.
