Scrum Master - Software Development Project

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SCRUM Master to lead agile software development efforts in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical to fostering team collaboration, driving delivery of high-quality solutions, and promoting continuous improvement. The SCRUM Master will ensure alignment with project goals and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate all SCRUM ceremonies : daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as the liaison between development teams and stakeholders.
• Administer and maintain Jira boards, sprints, and issue tracking.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress; implement process improvements.
• Assist Product Owners in backlog management and priority communication.
• Monitor and report agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint progress.
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, UX designers, and business analysts to meet sprint objectives.
