What We Seek

We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in Delaware who are eager to make a difference and grow alongside us. We have a strong interest in candidates who :

Are ready to conduct 25+ sessions per week.

Are behavioral health generalists open to working with couples and children, with our backing.

Value autonomy while enjoying collaboration within a team.

Aspire to take on clinical leadership or supervisory roles.

Exhibit strong character traits such as integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care.

Qualifications :

Active and unrestricted LCSW in Delaware.

Must reside in and be licensed in the state where services will be provided.

Compensation :

Up to $108,800, depending on licensure, session volume, and available bonuses.
