Oversee all operations—from golf and games to food & beverage. Set the standard for above-and-beyond service. Manage budgets, drive revenue, and keep the space running smoothly. Be the face of Five Iron in Syracuse, building community partnerships and hosting epic events. What We're Looking For : 3+ years in hospitality, hotel, or golf / club management (1+ year as GM or AGM). A proven leader with strong communication and organizational skills. Energetic, positive, and ready to roll up your sleeves. Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays). Able to obtain necessary certifications and licenses.
