Gastroenterology Physician

Type of practice : o Multi-specialty (23 different specialties), outpatient, physician owned facility. Our main campus is in Fort Walton Beach and we also have satellite offices in Destin, Niceville, Navarre, and Crestview.

• Type of employment : o First 2 years, associate contract position. Immediately following the 2-year Associate contract, there is the option to be voted in as a Shareholder.
• Number of physicians : o 46 doctors, 34 Allied Health Professionals (PA or ARNP) o Gastroenterology Department : 2 doctors, 1 Allied Health Professional
• Requirements : o US Resident or Green Card o Board Certified or Board Eligible (will be required to take the test after completing residency / fellowship)
• Compensation : o As an associate, the contract includes a base salary with a wRVU production model, which is based on a specific dollar amount per work RVU produced.
