• Whiteriver : Monday Friday, 08 00; Mon Thu extended hours 08 00
• Cibecue : Monday Friday, 08 00
• Duration : Base + Four (4) One-Year Option Periods

Contract Type : 1099 or W-2

Facility : Indian Health Service Whiteriver Service Unit
