Job description
  • Develop and manage robust testing strategies, detailed plans, and schedules for ServiceNow projects, with particular emphasis on CMDB integrity and data ingestion workflows.
  • Lead the design and execution of test cases, test scripts, and test data across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, etc.).
  • Coordinate and supervise Data, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
  • Validate and test data ingestion pipelines and integrations to ensure accurate and complete population of the CMDB.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios, including for CMDB and data ingestion Dataities.
  • Identify, document, and monitor defects utilizing ServiceNow or other approved defect management tools.
  • Ensure thorough test coverage and strict adherence to quality standards and industry best practices.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to testing team members, both offshore and onsite.
  • Report on testing progress, risks, and issues to project leadership, furnishing recommendations for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and current documentation of test plans, results, and metrics, highlighting CMDB and data ingestion test outcomes.
