Job descriptionCompetitive pay and premium pay for shifts and on-call duties. Generous benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off. Retirement plans with employer matching. Educational assistance and professional development programs. $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS eligible for relocating candidates and $2,000 for PM shifts. Maintain a clean and safe surgical environment, utilizing aseptic techniques to prepare for procedures. Assist with surgical procedures, anticipating the surgeon's needs, and ensuring a sterile field. Collaborate with the surgical team to set up and clean the operating room effectively. Transport patients and supplies, and maintain equipment in optimal working condition. Adhere to safety protocols and help to manage surgical instruments and supplies. Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 6 months. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellent patient care. Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks. Willingness to comply with safety requirements including the use of personal protective equipment.
