Job descriptionDay Class : 9 : 00 AM – 1 : 30 PM (19 days including clinicals) Evening Class : 1 : 45 PM – 6 : 00 PM (19 days) Active RN or LPN license (Georgia) Certified Train-the-Trainer and CPR Instructor (American Heart Association) Minimum 2 years of CNA experience in a long-term care facility At least 3 years of recent clinical experience as an RN or LPN Strong communication and interpersonal skills Teaching experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Deliver classroom, lab, and clinical instruction per Georgia Nurse Aide Training Program standards Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials Supervise and evaluate students in clinical settings Provide hands-on training in patient care, vital signs, hygiene, and documentation Ensure students meet all competency requirements before clinical practice Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance Coordinate with clinical sites and maintain professional relationships with facility staff Stay current in nursing practices and participate in professional development Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in healthcare education
CNA Instructor – Lab / Clinical (Part-Time / Contract)
