GTM Operations Program Manager

A company is looking for a GTM Operations Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget

Develop, track, and report on project plans, including scoping, scheduling, and budgeting

Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate project status to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

5+ years of experience in project management or a related field

Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel, PPT, Word, SharePoint) and CRM experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics

Experience with project management methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen

Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
