We are excited to invite an Associate Dentist to become a part of our growing team. In this role, you will help us deliver exceptional dental care and create memorable experiences for both children and adults. Your Responsibilities Include :

  • Providing high-quality dental services to our diverse patient community.
  • Participating in team huddles, contributing ideas, and recognizing team efforts.
  • Engaging in community activities to promote a positive image of the company.

Our Practice is Equipped With :

  • DentaPro software
  • Digital x-ray and Panorex units
  • Fiber-optic handpieces
  • Comprehensive training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management.
  • A supportive team structure : 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
  • A patient base primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults.
  • An efficient office flow accommodating 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily.
  • A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.
  • What We Offer :

  • Guaranteed base pay of $900 / day with uncapped earning potential.
  • Student loan repayment assistance and a sign-on bonus of $40,000 - $50,000.

  • Your Qualifications :

  • DDS / DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
  • A valid dental license in the state where you will practice or eligibility for licensure.
  • Required certifications, including CPR and DEA.
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (available in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
  • A genuine compassion for providing dental care to children and adults.
