Job Description :
Support global D2C eCommerce execution, coordinating website updates, digital merchandising, and front-end feature releases across multiple teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Manage D2C site operations, content updates, and new feature releases
- Oversee IT ticketing, working closely with web developers
- Lead e-merchandising and digital content execution (20 PDPs, 10 landing pages)
- Review Figma designs and support monthly design sprints
- Execute global and market-driven website updates and maintenance
- Manage backend tools (e.g., Virtual Try-On, quizzes) for digital readiness
- Conduct industry research and digital audits to support innovation
- Partner cross-functionally and with 3rd parties to deliver digital initiatives
- Maintain website UX / UI quality and performance
Requirements : Must-Haves :
2–3 years experience in D2C website front-end managementStrong technical understanding of digital integrations and eCommerceHands-on with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or similar platformsFamiliar with JIRA, Confluence, and UX / UI design principlesExperience managing 3rd-party vendorsStrong communication and multitasking skillsNice-to-Haves :
Familiarity with consumer testing tools (UserTesting, GA4, Google Optimize)Experience with A / B testing and digital analyticsKnowledge of digital best practices in beauty, retail, or consumer goods
