We're seeking an experienced Clinical Director to oversee the clinical operations of our outpatient and inpatient mental health programs. The ideal candidate will be a licensed clinical professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) with a solid leadership background, deep clinical expertise, and a passion for guiding both patients and clinicians toward long-term success.
The Clinical Director plays a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care, staff development, and regulatory compliance across all treatment programs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Providing leadership, supervision, and clinical oversight to therapists, counselors, and other clinical team members.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
- Ensuring all clinical services meet state licensing requirements, ethical standards, and best practices.
- Conducting regular case reviews and provide clinical guidance and support to staff.
- Leading efforts in staff training, onboarding, and continuing education.
- Monitoring clinical documentation for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
Qualifications :
Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (Required)Active Tennessee licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC (Required)Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in behavioral or mental health settingsAt least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory roleStrong understanding of clinical modalities, treatment planning, and compliance standardsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skillsProven ability to lead with empathy and strategic insightThis position offers :
