Previous Sales Background (Preferred) : While advantageous, prior sales experience is not essential. Technology Proficient : Adapt to emerging tools and systems in today's digital real estate environment. Outstanding Communication Relationship Building : Excel in communication, negotiation, and professional networking. Goal-Oriented Self-Motivated : Demonstrate personal drive, ambition, and willingness to overcome obstacles. Detail-Oriented Efficient : Maintain organization and demonstrate excellent time management abilities. Active Real Estate License (Required) : A current Real Estate License is mandatory.
