Job description
Specialty : Family Medicine : AmbulatoryProvider Type : PhysicianPriority : NormalStart Date : ASAPEnd Date : OngoingCoverage Needs Details : Recruiting for perm.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Active IL License Board Status : Board Certified, Board Eligible within the last 12 months of completing residency Required Certifications : ACLS, BLS Minimum Years Experience (if applicable) : 1 SHIFT / SCHEDULE INFORMATION MTW- 8a-5p PAY RATES Hourly : $160-$170 JOB INFORMATION 15-18 patients per day Standard family medicine clinic shifts No procedures or call coverage Replacing a perm provider that recently left and will likely extend coverage for several months or until perm provider is hired. Support Staff : Full time NP and additional MD works part time Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday EMR : EPICTime to credential : 45-60 days
