Solar Technician - Operations & Maintenance

Are you ready to power the future? Join our Operations & Maintenance team and take ownership of solar farm performance. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and optimize Utility scale solar PV systems, respond to emergencies, and drive improvements in a collaborative, safety-first culture. Operate mobile equipment, support site operations, and adapt to evolving schedules—including nights, weekends, and holidays.

What You’ll Do :

• Diagnose and resolve electrical / mechanical issues on solar equipment
• Ensure safety compliance and complete required documentation
• Monitor contractors and support site operations
• Respond rapidly to abnormal conditions and emergencies
• Use digital tools for reporting and communication
• Professionally represent company with vendors and community partners

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00 / hr.
