Our client, a top-tier Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an experienced Projects Development Lawyer with 5+ years of expertise in construction, procurement, and project development.

The ideal candidate will have a background in renewable energy or oil & gas projects, or significant experience with large-scale infrastructure developments. Candidates should be comfortable drafting and negotiating a wide range of project agreements, including :

Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) agreements

Operations and Maintenance agreements

Equipment procurement agreements

Other project development contracts

Key Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Projects Development Lawyer

Experience with renewable energy projects preferred

Strong academic credentials
