About the Role

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse & Yard Associate to support our operations team. In this hands-on role, you’ll load and unload supplies, prepare job orders, assist with deliveries and pickups, and keep the warehouse and yard safe and organized.

Key Responsibilities

Load, carry, and unload construction materials such as line painting supplies, signs, tools, steel, aluminum, wood, and hardware.

Prepare and pull orders for delivery to construction sites.

Load and unload trucks manually or with forklifts, ensuring trucks are properly stocked for jobs.

Maintain organized warehouse shelves and yard areas; sweep and keep work areas clean.

Assist with deliveries, pickups, and inventory management.

Use power tools to cut, drill, and complete shop-related tasks.

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Ability to understand and follow instructions.

Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.

Valid driver’s license required.

Must pass background check, MVR, drug test, and road test.

Must meet DOT standards and requirements.

Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.

What We Offer

Competitive hourly pay : $17–$18 per hour

Steady full-time schedule : 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM, Monday–Friday (30-minute unpaid lunch)
