Job Description

Looking for an experienced Oracle EBS OTL Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Time & Labor , Payroll , and Core HR . This role demands strong functional depth in HR processes combined with hands-on technical capability for custom RICE development.

Responsibilities

Configure Oracle Time & Labor, Payroll, and Core HR modules.

Develop and maintain custom Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions for HRMS.

Analyze HR business processes and prepare functional / technical specifications.

Execute data migration plans, timecard integrations, and payroll-related interfaces.

Support full testing cycles (SIT, UAT) for HRMS functionalities.

Provide post-go-live support for OTL and Payroll customizations.

Required Skills

Strong experience specifically in OTL , Payroll , Core HR .

Hands-on experience with PL / SQL , HR reports, and data conversion scripts.

Solid understanding of HRMS payroll rules, accruals, timecard structures, and compliance.

Prior experience in at least one complete EBS HRMS implementation.
