Job descriptionGreet and check in patients in a friendly manner Collect co-payments and verify insurance coverage Schedule and confirm patient appointments Prepare new patient records neatly and accurately Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations to insurance companies on a timely basis Maintain a clean and professional office environment Responding to patient billing or financial inquiries, directing to appropriate departments, as necessary At least 1 year of Dental Front Office experience required Customer Service / Receptionist experience Knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus. High School Diploma or equivalent Self-motivated with the ability to exceed patient expectations Excellent organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks Flexibility to support change, with varying schedules as necessary Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills $20-$25 / hour
Private Practice in Auburn currently accepting applications for driven, energetic, and success-oriented Front Desk Coordinators.
SCHEDULE :
- Monday, -Thusrday 7 : 45-5 : 15 pm Friday : 7 : 45-3 : 15 pm
- 36 to 40 hours / week
