Overview

The Lead Fullfillment Associate is responsible for providing guidance and participates in warehouse operations. This position will train, provide work direction, and is responsible for one or more of the following job duties : receiving, stocking, and loading.

Primary Responsibilities

• Receive and check-in merchandise from in-bound shipments compare to purchase orders or other documents
• Fill case and bottle orders for products
• Train and provide work direction for others
• Load delivery trucks and other outbound shipments of billed orders
• Maintain and prepare records, as required
• Operate warehouse equipment and arrange for maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment as needed
• Restock daily bottle and case inventory sold
• Meet schedules and timelines
• Participate in inventory counts as directed
• Understand the safety rules and requirements in the workplace
• Attend safety meetings and take all safety classes, as needed
• Ensure warehouse equipment service needs, safety needs, and other safety issues are reported promptly
• Responsible for filling out equipment report before usage
• Responsible for meeting operational efficiency goals
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Physical Demands

Physical demands include occasionally sitting and typing / keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding a machine. Must be able to regularly sit and operate machinery such as a forklift. Physical demands with activity or condition may regularly include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and / or stooping. Must be able to frequently lift / lower, push, carry, or pull 56 lbs. This position is deemed a safety-sensitive position. As such, any person who is given a conditional offer of employment will be required to pass a drug test, including a marijuana test.
