Job Summary :

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering personalized nursing care to residents by employing the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will collaborate with residents, their families, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver effective care plans and provide education and support for health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.

As an RN, you may serve as the charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while providing adequate support to ensure quality care. You will adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and follow ethical standards set forth by the American Nurses Association.
