We are searching for an automotive service advisor who is working in an independent auto repair shop, that is growing. All independent shops are different, but there are some common threads that run through all successful shops : they provide outstanding customer service, they have high sales numbers, and they have repeat customers who keep coming back. The role for a service advisor is one of the most important in the shop. The service advisor builds trusting relationships with customers by listening to their needs, explaining vehicle repairs, and providing clear, professional recommendations.

This role is vitally important to the success of our business. The primary job of this position is professionally communicating with customers to translate the recommended services given after inspection by the technicians.
