Responsibilities include ensuring smooth restaurant operations, increasing profitability, and growing sales.

Essential Functions

• Be a strong leader and be visible on the floor during peak periods.
• Demonstrate the Vision, Mission, and Values of Friendly Restaurants Inc.
• Engage actively in the guest service experience.
• Respond to guest complaints following the Recovery system.
• Reinforce positive guest experiences to promote repeat business.
• Float the restaurant to maintain a positive work environment.
• Maintain a good work ethic during every shift.
• Show strong character and leadership on every shift.
• Train staff to follow restaurant procedures.
• Maintain safety and food quality standards.
• Handle high-stress situations calmly and judiciously to satisfy guests and focus staff on daily goals.
