A company is looking for a People + Culture Manager to shape its culture and drive people processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of the company-wide Performance Management Process, including performance reviews and goal setting
Act as a subject matter expert on Performance Philosophy and provide guidance to managers across departments
Analyze People Analytics and P+C metrics to identify trends and develop actionable solutions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience in managing performance management cycles
Strong understanding of performance philosophies aimed at cultivating high-performance cultures
Ability to apply business and data insights to drive HR solutions
Knowledge of Human Resources disciplines, concepts, and applicable laws
