Job Description Gastroenterology (Locum Tenens) Specialty : Gastroenterology Location : Tennessee (Float between two sister facilities) Start Date : January 2026 Contract Length : Ongoing Schedule & Coverage 24-hour call coverage 7am start, 7am next day Rotating weekly blocks between two hospitals (schedule set through Dec 2026) Cases : GI bleeds, abdominal pain, food bolus, elevated liver enzymes Settings : Endo suite & Main OR Patient volume : 8 / day Work Details Support : OR and in-house endo nurses Patient population : Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics Trauma Level : 3 EMR : Epic Requirements Board Certified in Gastroenterology Active Tennessee license (IMLC not accepted) ERCP proficiency required DEA BLS required Clean background Credentialing 90 days
