Job Duration : 12+ months contract, potential with long term

Job Description :

Provide operational support to departmental projects or larger scale department / division -wide efforts. Duties may include : tracking information and generating reports, research and follow through, schedule coordination and database management . May require knowledge and / or experience in specific programs or processes pertinent to the customer.

The focus is on document handling, formatting, quality checks, and submission tracking

Top skills, experience required :

a. Required Skill 1 : Works proactively- must be able to provide work product and results on time, accurately and consistent with expectations

b. Required Skill 2 : Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written. Ability to communicate complex, technical issues clearly

c. Required Skill 3 : Detail oriented

d. Required Skill 4 : Ability to prioritize multiple tasks / projects and apply strong organizational skills

e. Required Skill 5 : Experience with relevant software systems, scientific writing and terms, document checking, importation, and workflows in electronic submissions systems highly preferred

Education, and / or certification is required

High School diploma, Bachelor of Science Degree strongly preferred

Nice to have (but not required)

At least two years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Ideal candidate would have experience supporting preparation of submission documents
