Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Brain Injury & Cognitive Rehabilitation | Confidential Search

San Jose/ Los Gatos, CA area | 💼 Full-Time | $110K–$145K DOE + Sign-On Bonus

🧠 Outpatient Rehab | Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm | Remote on Fridays

Join a fast-growing, clinician-led private practice specializing in adult brain injury rehabilitation. As the sole SLP on-site, you’ll lead an innovative program blending group and individual therapy, working alongside a psychologist, PT, and OT.

Key Highlights:

• Lead a 5-week workman’s comp program (groups up to 8)
• Conduct 1:1 assessments (MOCA/R-bands) and deliver tailored interventions
• Collaborate in an interdisciplinary team and shape program growth
• Autonomy, flexibility, and leadership opportunities

Requirements:

• CA SLP License (CFY considered)
• Experience in brain injury or neuro rehab is required
• Workers compensation or occupational health or rehabilitative department treating traumatic brain injury is required
• This position requires on-site presence four (4) days per week. Candidates must reside within reasonable commuting distance of Los Gatos as this is not a remote role.
• MOCA or R-bands familiarity (MOCA cert a plus)
• Spanish bilingual preferred
