A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator, Sourcer, Stats Tracker.
Key Responsibilities
Source top Health IT professionals and manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process
Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System and support data-driven decision-making through analytics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve recruiting processes and support various staffing initiatives
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Sourcing, or Talent Operations
Hands-on experience managing or optimizing an ATS, preferably Zoho Recruit
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
Proficiency in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on recruiting metrics, with Excel skills required
Bachelor's degree is a plus
