Qualifications
5 years of experience in executive-level technical recruiting, preferably in an executive search firm
Proven ability to build credibility with executives and senior stakeholders
Strong sourcing skills with familiarity in various research tools and approaches
High level of professionalism and discretion in managing confidential information
Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
