FullShift Staffing is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to work at a critical access hospital in Anthony, Kansas. This full-time role blends hands-on therapy with leadership opportunities in a supportive, community-focused setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans across acute, swing bed, ER, and outpatient settings.

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services and oversee PTAs to ensure excellent follow-through.

• Serve as the Rehab Department Manager, overseeing PT, OT, and Speech services.

• Lead a small, dedicated team—hiring, training, and supporting staff.

• Manage departmental operations including budgets, scheduling, and equipment oversight.

• Ensure compliance with infection control, documentation, and billing standards.

• Help shape department policies and actively participate in hospital committees.
  

What You’ll Need:

• Active Physical Therapist License.

• Prior experience in clinical care—management experience a plus.

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Passion for rural healthcare and patient-centered care.
