Certified RV Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated certified RV Technician to join our team. We are located just outside of Shelton, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical repair and maintenance, with a focus on recreational vehicles. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As an RV Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all vehicles meet safety and performance standards.

• Duties
• Conduct thorough inspections of recreational vehicles to identify mechanical issues.
• Perform tire service, including installation and balancing.
• Repair and maintain suspension systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems for climate control within RVs.
• Execute diesel engine repairs as needed, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Handle heavy lifting tasks associated with equipment repair and vehicle maintenance.
• Work on air brake systems to maintain safety standards.
• Collaborate with service technicians to transmit information regarding repairs and maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a mechanic or service technician, preferably with RVs or similar vehicles.
• 1-3 Years(s) experience
• Strong knowledge of tire service, suspension systems, HVAC, diesel engines, air brakes, and general equipment repair.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and effectively.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.

Pay : $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
