About the role

As a member of our Provider Growth team, you will own relationships with healthcare organizations using our platform and help drive their long-term success. You will work directly with clinicians, staff, and executives at some of the largest provider groups in the country - ensuring that they onboard smoothly, see value quickly, and expand over time.

This role blends relationship management with growth strategy, operations, and product insight. You will analyze adoption and retention patterns, shape how we scale across new specialties and workflows, and help unlock value for both providers and their patients. You will also work closely with product, ops, and engineering to bring real-world feedback into how we build. Your work will directly impact how many patients get the support they need and how fast we can scale.

This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You will be expected to "act like an owner" and commit yourself to Tandem's success.
