Must have 1 year of recent experience, must be able to interpret and sign off tele strips

Licenses : WI / Compact License in hand

Certs : BLS, NIHSS must have in hand before start

Must have two references with the last year and one reference from most current assignment before start

Weekends : Every Other

Hourly Breakdown

Total Hourly Pay Rate : $63.25 Per Hour

On W2(Taxable) : $18.00 Per Hour

Stipend(Non-Taxable) : $45.25 Per Hour

Weekly Breakdown :

Weekly Gross : $2,276.90 Per Week

On W2(Taxable) : $648.00 Per Week

Stipend(Non-Taxable) : $1,628.90 Per Week

OT Rate ON W-2 $27.00 Per Hour
